Every aspect of the property, accommodation and service provided is inspected annually and graded on a scale of
0% - 100%. Strathspey House sits at the extreme top of the 4 Star B&B category.

Strathspey House comfortably meets the criteria (high 4 Star or 5 Star grading) to become a member of "Scotland's
Best B&Bs" ~ an exclusive selection of Scotland's finest B&B accommodation.
There are less than 100 B&Bs, from across the whole of Scotland, within "Scotland's Best". Strathspey House
is the only B&B listed with "Scotland's Best" in Aviemore.
